In the kitchens of the Castello di Verduno, you can learn how to make our house specialties by attending cooking lessons with personalized programs that include the preparation of a full menu, aperitivo and interactive service of dinner or lunch.

The length of each course (minimum three hours) varies according to the preparation and cooking time of the recipes chosen. Timetable, program and prices are agreed upon at the moment of the booking, which should be made at the participants’ earliest convenience.

You can start the course already in the morning (Tuesday and Thursday, the days of the farmers market) making purchases of vegetables or a stroll through the gardens and vineyards of the Castle in search of edible wild herbs.
